Online Booking:

Toyota Alphard or equivalent vehicle

Accommodates 6 passengers and 4 large suitcases or 6 pieces of carry-on luggage; one additional piece of luggage can be accommodated for each passenger fewer than the maximum.

• Passengers must have the required travel documents (e.g. passport, valid visa, Hong Kong travel permit)
• Hong Kong immigration: Passengers do not need to get off the car. Valid documents will be handed over to the driver, who will then hand them over to the Customs officer for inspection.

HKS Car Rental will not be responsible for any loss due to lack of valid documents or Visa.

Car rental service hours are 07:00–22:00. A night service fee of HK$200 applies.

For point-to-point services, the waiting time (including border crossing) is limited to 15 minutes.

For airport pickups, the waiting time is limited to 60 minutes after flight arrival.

An additional fee of HK$150 applies for every 15 minutes of overtime.

1. Cancellation:
   Unconditional refund if cancelled at least 3 business days in advance.
   50% of the fare will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours.
   No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours.
2. Severe Weather: If the service is cancelled on the day due to a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, the booking may be rescheduled or a full refund issued.
3. Changes to the itinerary or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will not be accepted.
