Booking Instructions

Booking Confirmation

  • After completing online booking, please send us with all information by email or via WhatsApp.

    • Please provide:
    1) Pick up and drop off point.
    2) No of passengers and luggages
    3) Passenger's Name and Contact Number
    4) Booking reference number

  • The driver's information will be sent to you at 6pm one day before the activity date. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service.

    • Vehicle Details

    7-seats MPV (Toyota Alphard or similar)

    Maximum for 6 passengers (including children and infants)

    The trunk can accommodate up to 6 pieces of boarding baggages or 4 pieces of check-in baggages.

    Immigration trips

    • Passengers must have the required travel documents (e.g. passport, valid visa, Hong Kong travel permit)
    • Hong Kong immigration: Passengers do not need to get off the car. Valid documents will be handed over to the driver, who will then hand them over to the Customs officer for inspection.

    HKS Car Rental will not be responsible for any loss due to lack of valid documents or Visa.

    Additional Charges

    1. Our working hours is in between 7am-10pm. Please pay HK$200 in cash to the driver for night service fee.
    2. Waiting time for point-to-point pickup should not exceed 15 minutes
    3. Waiting time for airport pickup should not exceed 60 minutes after landing.
      HK$100 for every 15 minutes of overtime waiting

    Cancellation & Changes

    1. Cancellation:
      A full refund if canceled 3 business days in advance.
      50% of the fare will be charged as a penalty if canceled within 48 hours.
      No refund if canceled within 24 hours.
    2. If you cancel on a day with black rain, typhoon signal No. 8 or above, you can reschedule your trip or get a full refund.
    3. Changes or rescheduling will not be accepted within 24 hours.

    • Are there any other hidden fees?

      The all-inclusive price includes a Toyota Alphard or similar van (7-seat MP) with an experienced driver, tolls and parking.

    • Is the no of passengers and baggage limited?

      Accommodates up to 6 passengers (including children and infants). Luggage space for 4 large suitcases or 6 pieces of boarding baggages.

    • Where do I meet with my driver?

      Your driver will be waiting for you at the Hong Kong Airport Arrival Hall with your name on the welcome board.

      Airport pick-up time is 60 minutes after flight landing.

      Point to point service waiting time is 30 minutes.

    • What if my flight is delayed or arrived early?

      We will always track your flight information, and if there is a delay or, we will reschedule the driver at the first time.

    • What do I need to prepare for crossing the border to China?

      Passengers are required to prepare valid documents (Passport｜Visa for Mainland China｜Hong Kong Travel Permit).

    • Customs Declaration

      Passengers are required to comply with customs regulations and declare in advance any items exceeding the duty-free allowance.

      Prohibited items (e.g. fresh food, prohibited goods, etc)
