- Required Information: Select pickup time/date, itinerary route, and passenger contact number.
- Booking Confirmation: Upon completing your online booking, you will receive an immediate email confirmation. Our customer service team will contact you within 3 hours to confirm itinerary details.
- Driver Information will be sent before 6:00 PM the day prior to your service.
For last-minute bookings, please contact our customer service team first.
Vehicle Type and Luggage Capacity
- Vehicle Type: 7-seat luxury MPVs (Toyota Alphard or equivalent)
- Passenger Capacity: Up to 6 passengers
- Luggage Capacity: Standard configuration accommodates 4 large suitcases or 6 carry-on bags. Each additional passenger reduces luggage capacity by one piece.
Additional Charges
- Service Hours: Daily 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Night Service Fee: HK$200
Overtime Fee: HK$100 per 15-minute increment for point-to-point waits exceeding 15 minutes or airport pickups delayed beyond 60 minutes after flight landing
Passengers are responsible for any fees incurred due to delays caused by personal documentation issues
Immigration trips ⚠️
Passengers must prepare all required travel documents (such as ID cards, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, passports, and other valid travel documents along with visas) prior to boarding.
- Required Documents: Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, passport, ID card, and other valid travel documents with valid endorsements.
- Border Clearance Process: Proceed through the Macau Port lanes on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Passengers remain seated in the vehicle. Present valid documents to the driver, who will submit them to customs officers for inspection. Passengers wait inside the vehicle throughout the process.
⚠️ Shuttle Bus passengers must transfer to a Macau-bound vehicle before entering Macau. They will then travel by car into Macau's urban areas.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation or Rescheduling:
Unconditional refund within 3 business days.
Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fare deduction.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. - Adverse Weather: Cancellations on the day of service due to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher qualify for rescheduling or full refund.
- No changes or rescheduling accepted within 24 hours of service.
