Car Rental Instructions
How to book a car in advance?
Please WhatsApp or Email us with your itinerary, the time, date, number of passengers and vehicle type.
How to cancel car booking service?
Full refund for cancellation within 72 hours, 50% of the total amount will be deducted for cancellation within 48 hours, and no refund for cancellation within 24 hours.
If you cannot travel due to bad weather, can I reschedule and use the car again?
In case of black rain or typhoon signal No. 8, you can reschedule or cancel the car and require a full refund.
Are there any additional charges for using a car?
Airport transfer and point-to-point service:
30 minutes free waiting time, overtime will be charged HKD300-HKD500 according to the vehicle type.
Hourly/ daily on hire:
Parking fees and tunnel fees are reimbursed on an actual basis.
Working hours
07:00am to 22:00pm, an additional HKD100/hour will be charged for night service.
