Cancellation (Service)
Cancellation or change of date 3 working days prior to booking is unconditional refund, 50% deduction for cancellation within 48 hours, no refund for cancellation within 24 hours.
For Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, the booking will be canceled by default and travelers can choose to re-book or get a full refund.
Refund
When we receive a cancellation or change of service time request, we will reply by email within 24 hours and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the original form of payment. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
